Brief
To produce a photography series of Berlin, with the context of Mark Twain’s The Chicago of Europe text.
Process
My concept for this was focused on street photography and housing/living residence where I resided in Berlin. There were themes of no identity, a silent, almost dystopian-like environment, that is contrasted against the lively and busy city life of Berlin. I chose to photograph in monochrome because this supports my concept’s themes, as well as the photographs muted in colour so I could focus on content, detail and layout.
Execution
To be delivered in a gallery, physically and/or virtually.
Target
Aimed at people who enjoy art and photography.
